The TUM call center is designed to quickly answer inquiries and questions from applicants, as well as prospective and current students - without red tape. Funded through tuition fees, the center is staffed by TUM students who are in a particularly good position to address your inquiries.

The hotline answered around 48,000 e-mail and 34,000 telephone inquiries last year. For this reason, we ask for your patience if an answer to your question does not appear in your inbox the following day. The call center team always strives to respond as quickly as possible or to put you in touch with the right contact person for your particular concern.
Our service desk is ready to help you with issues such as applications, enrollment, student cards, leaves of absence, re-enrollment and degree verification.
