The TUM call center is designed to quickly answer inquiries and questions from applicants, as well as prospective and current students - without red tape. The center is staffed by TUM students who are in a particularly good position to address your inquiries.
- Mondays from 9 - 12
- Tuesday - Thursday from 1 - 4
- Fridays from 9 - 12
Due to the high volume of enquiries waiting time in the hotline queue can be quite long.
