The TUM call center is designed to quickly answer inquiries and questions from applicants, as well as prospective and current students - without red tape. The center is staffed by TUM students who are in a particularly good position to address your inquiries.

The call center team always strives to respond as quickly as possible or to put you in touch with the right contact person for your particular concern. This is only possible, however, if you include your enrollment or applicant number in your request.
