Bestselling author Jo Failer reads from his book "Ich denk nicht dran. Ein Vermächtnis zu Lebzeiten". When the author is diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 51, he is in the midst of life. His book makes visible what often remains hidden and shows how courage, dignity and joie de vivre are possible even under altered conditions. The reading combines personal experience with social relevance and invites reflection and dialog.
Together with Desideria Care e. V. and Munich Cluster for Systems Neurology (SyNergy) as part of the Cluster of Excellence, we invite you to a special event that aims to promote exchange, openness and sensitization.
Please note: the reading will be conducted in German only!
