Agility is a key aspect of health – being flexible in body, mind, emotions and actions, as well as practicing conscious perception, helps to foster a deeper understanding of oneself and others. Through Somatic Awareness, body-based (embodiment) and regulation exercises you will gain valuable tools for self-care. By shifting attention from the external to the internal, we connect with ourselves first to then engage meaningfully with our surroundings. Fun, interaction and creativity are also central to this class.

  • Registration is required due to limited number of participants.
  • A joint event by TUM tanzt! and Green Office Weihenstephan.
  • The event is free of charge.

TUM tanzt!

TUM tanzt! is an initiative of the TUM Center for Culture and Arts and the TUM School of Medicine and Health (Applied Sport Science) that brings dance to life in all its diversity. Through workshops, performances, and community projects, the platform creates a space for dance at the intersection of science, social participation, and holistic health promotion. The events invite participants not only to experience dance as spectators but also to get moving themselves. Together, we foster encounters, creativity, and reflection.
