Take part in a practice-oriented introduction to industrial property protection with special consideration of university inventions.
- Eleven dates (20.10.2025 to 12.01.2026), every Monday from 5.45 to 7.45 pm

In addition to patents, other relevant areas of intellectual property are dealt with in detail by experts in the respective field, namely design protection, protection of domains and trademarks as well as utility models.
The path from the idea to obtaining the respective property right, its legal enforcement before the courts and its commercial exploitation, in particular in the context of company spin-offs, are considered. For different technical fields, separate groups of students will then deepen their knowledge of the patenting possibilities of inventions in the respective field using practical case studies.
