Gender Impact Day 2026 invites employees and interested members of the public to explore the topics of diversity, gender equality, and inclusion. Following a joint opening session, Dr. Marianne Meier from the Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies at the University of Bern will lead an interactive workshop on diversity, equity, and intersectionality.
Practical examples and exercises encourage reflection and highlight ways to take action in everyday work life. A yoga session and Human Bingo provide opportunities for discussion, physical activity, and networking.
