The next TEDxTUM event will take place under the motto "Simple Complexity". Various speakers such as filmmakers, researchers and musicians speak about the topic from their perspectives: the simple complexity of our lives. In addition, it is possible to get into conversation with others and exchange ideas through various activities and during the breaks.

TEDxTUM was founded in 2014 by a then small group of students. They organise one main event per year and run several other types of events and activities. At a TEDx event, live speakers take the stage alongside recorded TED talks. These events under the brand name TEDx are organised locally and independently.
