Life is more than just a diary. It is a fabric of interconnected roles and responsibilities, of individual goals and commitments. As part of this year's TUM Diversity Week from June 8-12, we invite you to explore together what true compatibility means in a complex present. Beyond the balance of work and family, we will be looking at the entire spectrum of our life realities: Science and studies, work and career, relationships and care work, health and hobbies, personal development and community.
The TUM Diversity Day on June 11 will take center stage with an outstanding selection of speakers from science, business, media and the public sector. Under the motto "Life in all dimensions - Exploring what true integration looks like", the program deals with authentic leadership, digital violence, structural barriers and new ways of balancing work and private life.
