Current Information - Coronavirus SARS-Cov-2 - Covid-19

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, our service points and other offices will remain closed at least until 15 June 2020. Please contact us by email instead. Most requests can be handled without personal contact. 

Please be sure to check our info-website on current measures regularly for updates.

We can only answer questions regarding current applications or personal data if you state your personal applicant or enrollment number. If you visit us at the service desk, please be sure to bring a valid ID.

Important Notice

Due to current restrictions in university operations, validation of student cards is currently not possible. Studentcards that were validated for the winter semester 2019/20 are therefore currently valid until further notice. Please also refer to www.tum.de/corona for current information.

For first-year students newly enrolled for summer semester 2020, the Student Card will be sent by mail to the address stated in TUMonline, as long as it is located in Germany. If you cannot provide an address in Germany, please contact our student information via email as soon as you are in town.
