You can submit your German Higher Education Entrance Qualification as proof of your German language skills. 

You can submit a recognized proof of German language skills in the online application. 

You can submit your International Baccalaureate Diploma as proof of your German Language skills, provided one of the following conditions is met: 

• A "German A (Higher Level)" within the International Baccalaureate
• Either Biology, History or German as Higher Level in the "Gemischtsprachiges International Baccalaureate mit Schwerpunkt Deutsch"

After completing the Studienkolleg, you can submit your Zeugnis über die Feststellungsprüfung as proof of your German language skills. 

You can submit your Higher Education Entrance Qualification as proof of your English language skills, provided the language of instruction is explicitly English. 

You can submit the degree certificate of your Bachelor’s degree as proof of your German language skills, provided that more than 50% of the program has been taught in German. Please note that only the final degree certificate will be accepted – preliminary documents, transcripts etc. cannot be used as proof of German language skills. 

German citizens can submit proof of at least two years spent at a German school as proof of their German language proficiency.

You can submit a recognized proof of your English language skills in the online application. 

You can submit the transcript of records or the degree certificate of your Bachelor’s degree as proof of your English language skills, provided that more than 50% of the program has been taught in English.

For some master's degree programs, a sufficient amount of credits acquired in English modules during your undergraduate studies is accepted as proof of your English language proficiency as well. The information whether this option is valid for a certain degree program and, if so, how many credits you need to have completed in English modules, can be found in the Academic and Examination Regulations of a degree program.
