"They don't mean it like that" - how to understand German university life

Studying in a foreign country is both exciting and challenging at the same time. This lecture reveals cultural characteristics in Germany. You will get intercultural advice and recommendations that will help you to survive at a German university.

Welcome to Bavaria: Bairisch tanzen | 12 October 2017

Bavarian dance workshop

Get to know the Bavarian culture and lifestyle by learning how to dance in a traditional Bavarian style. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will learn different movements from Magnus Kaindl, an expert who is also dance master at one of Munich's famous events, the Kocherlball. 

The workshop is suitable for everyone - no previous dancing skills are needed.
