Three awards and a certificate program

“Care-for-Rare Science Award”

To promote creative scientific ideas, to help gain a better understanding of rare diseases and to develop new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies: That’s what the “Care-for-Rare Science Award” focuses on. It includes a prize money of 50,000 Euros donated by the Werner Reichenberger Foundation. The competition call is primarily aimed at young scientists at institutions in Germany, and the application documents must be submitted electronically by August 15, 2015 (deadline).

Discover the Social Entrepreneur in you

If you have an idea how to make the world a little bit better, you should send your application to the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie until August 31, 2015, to try and take part in the 5th year of the certificate program on social innovations. The one-year program will provide you with methods and tools of social entrepreneurship to help you implement your innovative start-up ideas for a better world.

VDI Award 2015

Outstanding engineers from Southern Bavaria and Austria can now apply for the VDI-Award 2015. The award-categories are: Diploma-, Master's or Bachelor thesis, Doctoral thesis, engineering start-up and junior engineers (m/f) in the industry. The final grade is not regarded as crucial. The award includes an attractive material prize, a certificate and a one-year membership in the VDI. Application deadline is September 14, 2015

Zukunftspreis Kommunikation 2015

Help to decide what innovations will have impact on our society and the economy! This is a call to all students who would like to implement vision of future communication and make a difference. Every idea counts – innovative concepts, a vision or a model, student projects, project or group work from a university, a university of applied science, BA, TU etc. The presentation and the awards ceremony will take place on November 23, 2015, in the framework of the Future Convention – Next Level Communication in Frankfurt.
