Workshop: Change Management

In this workshop you will work in groups on a case study that deals with the reorientation and restructuring of a fictitious research institute and addresses the dependencies, interdependencies and complexity of many individual issues of such a major change process. In your role as a science manager or a person responsible for the interface between science and administration of the fictitious institute, you and your respective group members will work on the case in several steps and present a proposal for action to the other groups.
