Workshop: Communication and conflict management

This interactive and hands-on workshop will provide you with professional communication and conflict management techniques relevant to your science management activities. The goal of the workshop is to provide you with essential communication tools or to add new tools to your existing communication toolbox. In addition, the workshop will provide you with a platform to optimize your personal communication style and conflict behavior.
