For me, the ScienceManagement@TUM offer includes a network that promotes sustainable science management at TUM: The exchange of experience in the shared community of practice not only makes my daily tasks easier but also enables me to integrate continuous learning and training into my everyday work.

Scientific Coordinator

For my team and me, ScienceManagement@TUM is the main platform for staff training at TUM. As a community of practice, we live open exchange, learn from and with each other, and practice the change of perspective, which is very central in our field of work, in which we promote international networks and intercultural exchange.

Deputy Director & Lead, Global Engagement

As a rapidly growing integrative robotics institute at TUM, we need highly qualified personnel. The competition in times of a shortage of skilled workers is fierce. In addition to the motivating work in a team and the broad spectrum of tasks, we successfully put ScienceManagement@TUM in the balance: the Community of Practice for science managers often tips the scales – this is how we can attract and retain new colleagues in science management!
