Do you work or study at TUM and want to shape the university’s future? President Thomas F. Hofmann invites you to join him at the Presidential Lunches and share ideas that will benefit the entire university. The lunches with students and all employees are an expression of our lived culture of appreciation and open exchange.

We offer two formats of the Presidential Lunches. Please apply in good time for the dates listed below.

In 2026, employees will once again have the possibility to take part in the Presidential Lunch format at various of our sites. This year, Staff Lunches will be held in Munich. Please find the details below:

Our staff are the DNA of our university. For that reason it is important to me as the president of TUM to listen to them and show them the respect that is due to them.
