Mental Health Action Days
The TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning is offering a wide range of impulses on the topic of mental health on October 9 and 10 to mark World Mental Health Day. Sign up for our online courses!

Note: The event is in the past.
We offer some of the topics covered as part of our open continuing education program: TUM horizons. Registration starts on September 17th!
- The Mental Health Action Days will take place on October 9, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on October 10, 2025, from 9:15 a.m to 12:30 p.m.
- All courses take place online and are limited to a duration of 90 minutes.
- The Mental Health Action Days will be held in both German and English.
- All employees of TUM are eligible to participate free of charge.
