APS – Certificate of the Academic Evaluation Center

The Academic Evaluation Center (APS) verifies the documents of applicants who wish to apply for studies in Germany with a Chinese, Vietnamese or Indian school or university degree. Here we have compiled the most imporant information on APS requirement, application and submission to TUM.

Note on the APS certificate for applicants with an Indian higher education entrance qualification

Currently, there are delays in applications for the winter semester 2023/24 at the Academic Evaluation Center India.

In order to be able to process applications, applicants with an Indian school or university degree do not yet need to submit an APS certificate to uni-assist for the application for the Preliminary Documentation (VPD) for the time being. If you receive an admission however, you need to submit the digitally signed verification certificate (“DigiZert”) of the Academic Evaluation Center India in order to be enrolled.
