Angela Molitoris Diversity Award
The Angela Molitoris Diversity Award is presented to employees who have made outstanding contributions in the field of equal opportunities and diversity.
The award is named after the first female in-house lawyer and Senior Executive Vice President of the TUM, Angela Molitoris (1912-2002). The following members of the university have received the award, which has been running since 2015:
Chair of the TUM University Council, retired President of the Bavarian Constitutional Court
Hildegund Holzheid received the Angela Molitoris Diversity Award in 2015 “in honor of her many years of commendable service as Chair of the university council, during which time she strenuously established the principles of equality policy at all levels of the university and also ensured that they became anchored in the spirit of the university community”.
Member of the Chair of Educational Science in Sport and Health (Department of Sport and Health Sciences), member of the advisory board of Special Olympics Deutschland
Dr. Daniela Schwarz received the Angela Molitoris Diversity Award in 2015 “in honor of her work on the advisory board of Special Olympics Deutschland and her commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities in sport”.
