If you use one of the color modes, the TUM website and its elements will be displayed in either dark or light.

The settings are stored on your computer and not transferred to the server.

Find and advertise flats

A furnished “granny flat” in uptown Pullach, a shared flat in Neufahrn or a garden apartment in Munich: The TUM Housing Service offers a possibility to find rental offers in any price range, short-term or long term and without commission. Many of the apartments and rooms are available immediately.

The University’s Housing Service is an attempt to provide help for all TUM members. Therefore, we would like to ask you to use it: For example, if you are abroad or in another city for an internship, you can advertise your flat on the TUM Housing Exchange free of charge and let it out to other students.

Our guests from abroad – exchange students, English-language Master’s students and post docs – are especially interested in furnished rooms and short-term stays. There is a particularly high demand at the beginning of a semester, in April and in October.
