This course invites you to discover your inner compass, reflect on it and realign it if necessary. In terms of content, we look at personal goals, the roles we live and strive for on a daily basis and our own decision-making behaviour. This way, we get to the bottom of our individual value system and find answers to these questions:

  • What is valuable to me and my life?
  • What values and visions guide me?
  • How are my values expressed in the different roles I take on?
  • In which situations do I find them particularly supportive?
  • And when do they tend to inhibit my development aspirations?

In order to make these abstract topics tangible, we work with theoretical inputs, various coaching methods as well as partner and group work. After analysing and reflecting on our own goals and roles, we will work together to explore ways of actively and consciously shaping them in accordance with the underlying values. This will strengthen our motivation and satisfaction in our private and professional lives.

At the end of the course, the inner compass is strengthened by an individually harmonious metaphor that can act as an anchor for your own value system in everyday life.

The workshop will take place on 6/25 from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., on 7/4 from 9:30 a.m. to 6  p.m., and on 7/5 from 9:30 a.m. to 6  p.m.
