Julian Leske's presentation on "Autism in the workplace: recognizing talents, developing potential" will shed light on the following topics:

- Challenges in everyday working life: sensory overload, social interactions, unclear expectations
- Inclusive corporate culture: adaptations and best practices for an accessible working environment
- Recruiting & onboarding: How companies successfully attract and integrate neurodiverse talent
