Women of TUM Talk with Anna Hepp

Upon graduation from her Business Master’s degree, Anna Hepp embarked on a traditional consulting career. Two years later, she decided to go back to school to get her PhD. Right now, she works part-time in consulting while also taking care of her two small children.

In her talk, TUM Alumna and mentor Anna Hepp will give insights into her personal career path, her decision to go back to university to complete a PhD and career opportunities in consulting. She will tell us about her process of making important work and life decisions and looks forward to discussing with you how to figure out when to invest in yourself, your professional and your family life.

Dr. Anna Hepp (TUM PhD, 2021) studied in China, Germany, the UK, and the US. She holds a PhD in Management and Technology from TUM and Berkeley. For the past seven years, she has worked at the consultancy firm Bain & Company specializing in Digital Marketing.
