Learn how to best support your doctoral candidates at the English language training. The jointly developed training course is aimed specifically at professors, early career researchers and postdocs (with supervisory responsibilities) at TUM, the two Max Planck Institutes for Biochemistry and Biological Intelligence and Helmholtz Munich. The training is useful for both experienced supervisors and postdocs who are just starting to supervise doctoral students on a day-to-day basis.

Register until 12/8/25

The program provides a comprehensive overview of how to best support your PhD students, from recruitment to career development. It consists of eight modules, with the opening and closing sessions taking place in person and the remaining six modules being held virtually. The modules are linked by an exchange of experiences and practical applications and are led by experienced trainers and coordinators from various graduate schools.

The training will be in English.
