Presenter
Prof. Dr. Tanja Hentschel
Leading an academic team means reconciling different backgrounds, expertise and ways of thinking. These differences can cause friction, but when managed effectively, they can also foster creativity, innovation and performance, and provide the foundation for excellence.
This research-based workshop explores the psychological and social dynamics of teamwork. It will also look at common unconscious biases that influence decision-making and collaboration. By understanding these mechanisms, you will be better able to foster an inclusive team culture and create a sense of belonging that increases both engagement and performance.
