Improve your facilitation skills and learn to lead discussions and meetings in a goal-oriented and participant-centered manner. In addition to methodological skills, your personal appearance as a facilitator is also part of the program.
Further information and registration
In this practice-oriented and interactive workshop, you will learn how to organize your workshops and meetings in a structured, efficient and solution-oriented manner:
- Perspectives in moderation
- Role and function as a facilitator and dealing with dual roles
- Phase model and function for group processes & examples
- Discussion techniques: Managing group processes with questions, active listening and giving feedback in a solution-oriented way
- Methods for achieving results with groups
- My attitude as a facilitator - dealing with disruptions (e.g. dealing with frequent speakers)
- Visualization on the flip chart or in digital tools to secure results (if required: basics of flip chart design and visualization)
