Do you want to experience European Union governance in practice and get to know more about environmental policy? Then this workshop is for you!
How can plastic waste in the EU be significantly reduced? What measures make sense to effectively limit plastic production in the EU? What possibilities for action does the EU Green Deal offer? These and other questions on the implementation of EU environmental policy will be addressed by the ZERO WASTE EU simulation.

During the role play, you will learn a lot about EU environmental policy and, at the same time, the political foundations of the European Union and the European legislative process. For one day, you will take on the roles of political actors (European Parliament, EU Commission, EU Council of Ministers, Economic and Social Committee).
The event is held in English and includes lunch.
