Increasing flexibility, digitalization, and the growing shortage of skilled workers make effective talent management indispensable. Global challenges require innovative approaches and attractive incentives to attract, retain, and maintain the health of talent over the long term. Diversity plays a crucial role in this: it promotes innovation and creativity, creates an inclusive work environment, and values the unique perspectives of employees.
The summit is dedicated to the topic of how diversity-oriented talent management and health-promoting leadership can influence work and learning cultures in such a way that mental well-being, participation, and performance potential are equally strengthened.
The strategic importance and orientation of talent management have a significant impact on long-term personnel development and securing young talent.
Academic institutions, politics and businesses should all benefit from interdisciplinary and international exchange. The goal is to learn about strategies from various scientific and business sectors, to discuss new impulses across disciplines, learn from each other, and explore the combination of different methods for future application.
All summit sessions will address current challenges and opportunities in the areas of talent management, diversity, and health from an interdisciplinary and global perspective.
