Do you need an energy booster for exams? The workshop "Staying calm with autogenic traning and progressive muscle relaxation" combines different relaxation techniques with classic stress management. Free of charge for all TUM students. Language of presentation: German.
Learn quickly and easily how to put yourself in a relaxed state by using the power of thought (AT: Autogenic Training) and tensing and relaxing your muscles (PMR: Progressive Muscle Relaxation). Find out which technique is best for you to find more calm. Learn new ways to better manage or even avoid stress during the exam period. After a brief theoretical insight into the methods and modes of action, we will actively practice the techniques.
