Discover and try things out: We have invited you to experience research up close for a whole day.

At the Garching research campus, visitors were invited to experience science in lectures, hands-on activities, guided tours and much more. Whether young or old, there were numerous activities for every one on this day: students, staff and external guests. In addition to TUM, many other research institutions such as the Max Planck and Fraunhofer Institutes took part in the day of action.

The challenges facing humanity are global and require a common response. Africa is home to the most talented young people: Their quality education is crucial for them to become the key players shaping the future of our planet. At the same time, there are still many obstacles that stand in the way of Africa's sustainable and inclusive development.

The EuroTech Universities Alliance cordially invite you to participate in the conference " EU-Africa: Developing excellent research and talent together", which will focus on science and higher education capacity and sustainable transformation. The aim of the conference is to identify the most pressing needs, showcase ongoing cooperation initiatives and create synergies within the research and innovation ecosystems of African and European countries.

The EuroTech Universities Alliance is a strategic partnership of leading European universities for science and technology, founded in 2006 and operating as an alliance in Brussels since 2011. Today, EuroTech consists of the Technical University of Denmark, the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, the Ecole Polytechnique, the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, the Eindhoven University of Technology and the Technical University of Munich.
