Registration for the 4th TUM Student Club Fair

Participation in the TUM Student Club Fair is open to all TUM Student Clubs and is free of charge. Student representatives, TUM departments and TUM partners who offer support or services for TUM Student Clubs are also cordially invited. We look forward to seeing you!

Location: Magistrale of the Mechanical Engineering building at Garching campus
Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Set-up: 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Dismantling: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Booth design

The standard stand size per exhibitor is approximately 2.50 m x 2 m. We reserve the right to reduce the space available per stand (and vice versa) if demand is high.

Depending on availability, basic equipment for setting up the stand can be provided free of charge. When registering, take a moment to think about what kind of setup truly suits your presentation. Not every stand needs a table – sometimes a pinboard, a custom-built booth, or a large prototype can speak for itself.

Any furniture you pre-order will be delivered directly to your stand on the day of the event. Electrical outlets are permanently installed. You will need multiple sockets or extension cords to power your booth.

Of course, you are welcome to bring your own equipment as well – just keep in mind the limited stand space and fire safety regulations.
