If you use one of the color modes, the TUM website and its elements will be displayed in either dark or light.

The settings are stored on your computer and not transferred to the server.

Alternatives to Doodle etc.

Doodle for scheduling tasks within a project group, Dropbox for quick data exchange: These and other web services can be very helpful to get along with your studies. But is your data safe there? Are there any alternatives?

As data security is not always guaranteed, your user data could be passed on – and you can not be sure that your data will not be read by third parties. Besides, most free services are financed by disturbing ads.

You might want to consider using other services. Thus, we compiled a list of alternative services for you – provided by TUM, the LRZ, the Deutsches Forschungsnetz (DFN), the Federal Government or certified services published by trusted instances under a free license:
