Care for relatives, and the topic of stress management

Staying healthy and able to act

Care for relatives is a topic that is becoming increasingly important for students as well. Thus, the TUM Familienservice will offer an information event in the summer semester.

"Plötzlich Pflegealltag – gesund und handlungsfähig bleiben" is the title of the event, which will be carried out in cooperation with awo lifebalance, a cooperation partner of TUM. Dates: July 3 at the WZW; July 4 in Munich; July 10 in Garching. More information: Care of family members

Survey on care for relatives

In order to be able to expand its services in the area of care, the TUM Familienservice is conducting a survey on how taking care of relatives can be reconciled with a course of studies or a professional career. You are cordially invited to inform us about your wishes and experiences in this area.

Stress management for students with children

Do you sometimes ask yourself how you could achieve a less stressful everyday life and a better balance? Are you trying to reconcile being a parent and managing a course of studies, aiming to improve your stress management? If so, there is a workshop in which you can learn how to cope with everyday stress and performance pressure. Date: June 4, 2019, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. More information: Stress management for students with children
