The workshop explores the concept of allyship in professional and academic environments, including discussions on male allyship, alongside other forms of allyship. Through discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will deepen their understanding of privilege, bias, and practical strategies to building inclusive workplaces.

The session aims to create a safe and constructive space for reflection, dialogue, and skill-building, empowering participants to encourage allyship in their organizations and become effective allies themselves. We look forward to insightful contributions from our renowned speakers, engaging in discussions with a select group of professionals and academics dedicated to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
TUM Diversity Month
TUM is celebrating Diversity Month in June 2025 with the theme "Bridging the Gap: Allyship for an Inclusive Organization" - a month-long initiative designed to inspire discussion, learning and action. The aim is not only to support others, but also to actively create an environment in which everyone feels valued, heard and empowered.
