Whether in group projects, interactions with professors, personal relationships, or later in professional life – difficult conversations are inevitable. Many people either avoid them or approach them in an emotionally charged way. This seminar equips both local and international students with the skills to handle challenging discussions with greater empathy, confidence, and clarity.
Through practical exercises and reflection, participants will develop essential emotional selfregulation skills and learn how to navigate conflicts constructively. These competencies are invaluable not only during their studies but also for future professional success.
The workshop will take place on 6/16 and 6/17 from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
