Bella Milonga

Afterwards, starting at 7 pm, we invite you to a milonga - a traditional tango dance event where you can try out what you have learnt, meet new people and immerse yourself in the world of tango. For the third time, the ZHS invites all dance enthusiasts and lovers of tango to the Bella Milonga - this time in the open air as part of TUM tanzt.

Look forward to an atmospheric evening with wonderful music by DJ Cristian Taffarello, familiar faces and new encounters. Whether members of TUM, ZHS Munich or simply tango fans - everyone is welcome!

The event is free of charge.

TUM tanzt!

TUM tanzt! (TUM dances!) is one of the Technical University of Munich's contribution to the Kunstareal Festival 2025. Through workshops, performances, and collaborative projects, TUM demonstrates the many ways dance can serve as an expression of culture, education, and research. The events invite not only spectatorship, but participation —creating a shared space for encounter, reflection, and creative inspiration at the intersection of science and art.

A couple dances the tango at the Kunstareal Festival.
Dance, sound, research and art - TUM brings movement to the Kunstarealfest.
