Linde / MDSI Master’s Scholarship

With the Linde / MDSI Master’s Scholarship at the Munich Data Science Institute (MDSI), Linde and MDSI support exceptionally committed and talented students of the master’s programs “Data Engineering and Analytics” as well as “Mathematics in Data Science.”

Applications for the Linde / MDSI Master’s Scholarship are open to students with a German as well as those with a foreign higher education entrance qualification currently enrolled in the master’s programs “Data Engineering and Analytics” or “Mathematics in Data Science,” who are distinguished by their extraordinary talent in these fields, outstanding academic achievements, and commitment. In this call, applicants must have been enrolled in one of the two master’s programs since the summer semester of 2025 or earlier, i.e. the winter semester 2025/26 must be at least their second master’s semester. Applicants from earlier calls are not eligible. Applications from female students are particularly encouraged.

The Linde / MDSI Master’s Scholarship amounts to € 1000 per month and is granted for a maximum of twelve months.

The application deadline for the next scholarship call is 15 February 2026. Successful applicants will be supported with the scholarship from 1 April 2026.
