Get help

The agreement applies to all TUM employees and students, offering comprehensive advice and assistance in finding care facilities or caregivers. In case of emergencies, awo lifebalance can provide caregivers within 24 hours. There is also an extensive online information portal that offers non-binding initial information.

All employees and students of TUM are invited to make use of this service.
The website Care of family members provides more information – including the agency’s hotline.
