Public discussion on May 19How can the war in Ukraine be ended?

What are the prospects to end the war in Ukraine? How can the underlying conflicts be overcome? What can governments and society contribute to security in Europe? These questions will be discussed by Russia expert Prof. Horst Teltschik, Prof. Victoria Vdovychenko from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University and Prof. Tim Büthe from TUM on May 19, 6 p.m., at a public event that will be streamed online.
