The program started successfully last year. Managers at Siemens offer career counseling for TUM students focusing on IT. The IT-students will be accompanied and advised by experienced managers for at least one year.

As a mentee, you will be able to experience the culture of a global corporation firsthand and to receive support and encouragement for your own personal career planning. The focus lies on individual development – as a future professional and as a person. Company-internships ensure the practical relevance to your course of studies.

Requirement: IT-orientation

The offer is meant for IT-oriented students – from the 3rd semester onwards – of the following faculties:
• Electrical and Computer Engineering
• Computer Science
• Mathematics
• Economics
