The Academicus is the TUM's own ideas competition. Since 2002, TUM has been inviting students, researchers, staff, and alumni to submit ideas to improving the teaching or the general study situation. The best concepts are selected by a jury. Each prize is endowed with a prize money of 500 EUR.
