European Union Week from May 10 – 12

The future of the EU after the pandemic

What kind of renewal will be possible for the European Union after the pandemic? This issue will be discussed by politicians, business leaders and researchers at the European Union Week, hosted by the TUM School of Management and HEC Paris from May 10 – 12. Guests will include former EU Commission President Romano Prodi, Siemens CTO Peter Körte and Ulf Öberg, a judge at the European Court of Justice.

The European Union Week is designed to raise awareness of the EU's achievements and challenges.

The many talks on the program of the third European Union Week will highlight the innovation capability and geopolitical role of the EU besides the effects of the pandemic. During several networking sessions, attendees will have a chance to meet one another and engage in discussions with TUM and HEC students.

The online event will be held in English. Access is open to the public and is free of charge. It was jointly organized by the two universities with their student debating societies TUM Speakers Series and HEC Débats.
